Our 4th annual vintage doubleheader against the "Shoeless Joes" of the Joe Jackson Museum in Greenville, SC was held on Saturday, September 8, 2012. This year the "Shoeless Joes" traveled to Royston, GA, where the games were played on Cobb Field. The participants and spectators traveled the short distance from the museum to the field in a horse drawn buggy.  Ty Cobb's "Georgia Peaches" proved victorious with a 4 - 2 win in the first game and a 6 - 0 lead when the games were called due to bad weather at the end of the 2nd inning.  It was great to put an end to our 4 game losing streak of the past 2 years!!
